Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Video Automation (“we”, “us”), available at https://videoautomation.in, collects when you use the service, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can have it deleted.
1. Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
- Connected YouTube account — when you connect YouTube, we receive your Google account name and email, the ID, title and thumbnail of your YouTube channels, and an access token that lets us upload videos to those channels on your behalf.
- Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts — when you connect Facebook, we receive your account name, the Pages and linked Instagram accounts you choose to connect, and access tokens that let us publish videos to them on your behalf.
- Your content and settings — the categories and news sources you choose, your templates, logos, images, voice settings, publishing schedule, and the videos created for you.
- Subscription details — the plan you choose and its status.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and activity logs, used to keep the service secure and to find and fix errors.
2. How we use your information
- To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
- To build short videos from the stories, templates and voices you choose.
- To upload and schedule those videos to the YouTube channels, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you have connected.
- To show you what was created, what is pending and what was published.
- To send you service emails such as sign-in codes, email confirmation and subscription updates.
- To diagnose problems and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. YouTube API Services and Google user data
Video Automation uses YouTube API Services to list your channels and upload videos to them. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- We use your Google data only to identify your account, show your channels and upload the videos you create with us.
- We do not read, change or delete your existing YouTube videos, comments or other channel content.
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide the service, to comply with the law, or with your consent, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by removing the channel from the Social page in your dashboard.
4. Facebook and Instagram data
We use the data received from Meta only to identify your account, show the Pages and Instagram accounts you connected, and publish your videos to them. You can remove our access at any time from Facebook Settings › Business Integrations, or by removing the Page from the Social page in your dashboard.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the services needed to run Video Automation:
- Google (YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — the videos, titles and descriptions you publish through us.
- AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) — story text and images, to write scripts and generate voice-overs. Your account details and your connected-account data are not sent to them.
- Email and hosting providers — to deliver service emails and to host the application and its files.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to protect forms against forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Storage and security
All traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text, and access tokens for your connected accounts are kept on our servers and used only to publish on your behalf. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can:
- Disconnect a YouTube channel, Facebook Page or Instagram account from the Social page, which removes its access tokens from our systems.
- Ask us to delete your account and all data linked to it by emailing vishalrathour06@gmail.com from the address registered on your account. We will delete it within 30 days.
Videos already published to YouTube, Facebook or Instagram stay on those platforms until you remove them there.
9. Children
Video Automation is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will also let you know by email or in your dashboard.
